Mattel’s poseable tiny dolls came to market in 1966 and launched a craze for tiny dolls. They were designed by beloved doll artist, Martha Armstrong-Hand. Most were around 3” tall. Despite their itty bitty size, their play-world rapidly expanded to include many innovative product lines.
In 2025, club member Jenny Bressler, shared an extensive Kiddle Kollection and the walked us through the very large world of Liddle Kiddles.
Here is a tiny sampling of her display for the club.

Kiddle Kolognes still smelled like their floral scents.

Kiddles were the gems in all sorts of jewelry. It is well known that having three Kiddle lockets was especially lucky.

“Storybook Kiddles Sweethearts” were romantic AND educational!

There were Kiddles for all you favorite fairy tales. Note that sneaky wolf behind Little Red Riding Hood.

Who doesn’t love a tea party. Note the detailed costume for such a tiny doll.

Sweet Treats!!
Thank you Jenny and Matt for escorting us back in time. It was outta sight!! You guys are cool cats.
